Vivian Fragale, Life Coach
My role as a life coach is to help young women find a clearer path to greater purpose and harmony in their lives.
In 2005, motivated by a lifetime of interest in helping people overcome their limitations, and my own experience of working with a life coach, I began my Life Coach training at the Adler School of Professional Coaching in Toronto, Ontario.
My style of coaching is gentle, compassionate, honest and spiritual. I use my creative background to explore the deeper levels of your spirit and the values that guide you. I provide an environment for self-examination that is safe and unconditionally accepting.
Together, we will:
- identify what you truly desire as opposed to what you “should” want
- create a space in which you can speak freely about your needs, wants and desires
- challenge the beliefs and assumptions that may be preventing you from living fully
- celebrate your inner gifts and strengths in a way that increases your self-esteem and self-confidence
- set goals based on a vision of where you would like to be
I will offer you tools that will help you overcome perceived obstacles. I will be a reminder to you that you have a choice.
