What is Life Coaching?
Coaching helps you to get a greater sense of where you are in your life and create a vision of what you want and how to achieve it. It’s reflective and thought provoking.
Coaching is not therapy or counselling. It’s different because rather than focusing on the past, coaching is about living fully in the present while planning for the future. A life coach comes to you as an equal, and assumes that you are already creative, resourceful and whole.
You may need some guidance to uncover what is already there. Coaches ask the questions and bring awareness and insights that help you do so.
